How do we compare?
We have grown more than fivefold since becoming part of Munich Re Group in 1999 and now control a significant share of the UK marine market. Classes we underwrite:-

We acknowledge that in today’s world a fast, efficient and accurate response is essential, complete with first class service standards. As a result we have the ability to utilise both traditional trading practices and state of the art technologies throughout the business chain, from Underwriter to broker and through to the policyholder.
To achieve this we have already launched a number of innovative full web-based trading systems, which eases administration but at the same time increases efficiency and accuracy which results in greater security and control. At all times clear instruction is ensured to give our customers a problem free introduction.
To complement these developments insurance brokers can be given privileged access, via the internet, into our electronic administration system, thereby allowing live-time examination and scrutiny of the account conducted between the two businesses, that also encompasses a direct e-mail facility for immediate queries, quotations and correspondence.
